Mix spices (Hawaije):

The spices, Hawaije: they are spices used for al-Mansaf, and consist of Sweet Clovers, Cock's Comb, Chrysanthemum, Calicotome, and Lady's Mantle prepared by women. Not all of them are used by all regions although they are common in the middle regions.
